7-Day Return & Replacement Policy

Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product if:

• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product is damaged during transportation.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• Accessories or components are missing from the package.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or replacement:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty card, and invoice must be returned.
• Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
• The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Losung Power Engineering reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any return, replacement, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

• Original packaging or accessories are missing.
• The return request is made after the eligible return period.
• The issue is caused by incorrect installation, improper configuration, or external electrical faults.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.

Refund processing may take 3–7 working days depending on the payment method and verification process.

Replacement Policy

If the product qualifies for replacement, Losung Power Engineering may provide:

• Product Exchange
• Full or Partial Refund

Subject to stock availability and technical verification.

Installation & EPC Projects

For Solar EPC, Electrical Engineering, Generator, Transformer, and other installation projects:

• Advance payments made for completed engineering work, site surveys, system design, or customized materials are generally non-refundable.
• Project cancellations after procurement or installation has started may be subject to applicable charges.
• Warranty and service support will be provided according to the signed quotation or project agreement.

Delivery Charges

If the issue is caused by our mistake, defective products, or transit damage, Losung Power Engineering will bear the replacement or return delivery cost.

In all other cases, applicable transportation or delivery charges may be charged to the customer.

Warranty

Most products supplied by Losung Power Engineering are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty.
